Character ルカ has the ID CV-03 but the Software is "VOCALOID2".
(the other ones: ミク=CV-01, リン／レン=CV-02 [Soft is the same: VOC2])

1. I am not the torrent creator but peace-out, credits to them is a must
2. I see leechers, probably you have some connection problems with the trackers, I tried add hongfire trackers manually but I see only no connection so I give up, can somebody tell me which tracker is good, maybe we can modify the torrent, and re-upload it again? Thanks in advance
3. since this is a laptop, and i have to move, so cannot seed for a continuous period, but still seeding anyway and will seed frequently

Downloaded this with Miku previously installed, I can use the program but when I try to play anything it doesn't move. Any ideas why?

If your version of Miku is cracked, installing Luka updates Miku and the crack breaks. You'll have to uninstall Miku to get Luka to work, or else wait for another workaround.

Do you have keygen in that torrent ? remember that we need keygen or activation code to make it work

If I am right, this is the release made by p.o. If you have other vocaloids installed and you installed Luka, p.o. can crack the exes for you.

But for it to work properly, you will need to delete the serial keys for your existing vocaloids! Otherwise, it will either complain of an unknown activation source (especially for Gackpoid and Luka) or it will run, BUT you can't open nor save files!

You will need to venture to HKLM>SOFTWARE>VOCALOID2 and find your serial keys (serial keys are written in a straight string, with its value as hashed data, it's the same one that appears as you type it from the keygen) that you must delete. Backup your registry first before doing this.

Alternatively, you can just install Luka's voice data only, but this has not been tested and may result in errors!
