To everyone asking about UpperVolta mods: please, do yourself a favor and forget them. If you take the pain to read the topic nagato2009 linked, you'll see that it can't be helped. We cannot understand each other: we both are right, in our way, so no agreement seems possible. As a side note, if something is posted on Burkina sakura, it doesn't mean it has been released, or it will never be (as nagato remembered us just three posts ago).
And I'm not sure about this being the right thread for asking such questions as "will it be opened again?" Rest assured, if Uppervolta would, by chanche, open up again, you will surely know it.
BTW, sjaakster is dead right: if someone finds some working proxy server, do not post it. Keep it for yourself and your most trusted friends.
I would like to sweeten this post fullfilling some request, but I spent the whole evening translating my message for nagato, I'm dead tired and my head aches.

For that Final Fantasy dude, I think it can be done, starting from some "main guy as female" mod (cannot remember which): should be good base with hair and head: textures needed seem very plain. I never did anything like that, so it will require time.
