I didn't hesitate to dl ANBU 'cause they have translated the first season (2003).
Besides, it's the same translator (crustol : FMP, Fumoffu) so I have no doubt about good translation.
The timer kingofbeer (Kuraki-Fans, a PV fansub team) and the FX effect creator DeathWolf (Anime-Keep, Conclave, Menclave, he has several nickname, depends of the show : Grenadier, Nabari no Ou, FMP, Fumoffu, Rozen Maiden, Tsubasa Chronicle) have already done good works in the past.

The other fansub I'll recommend will be SHiN-gx. Done good work on Candy Boy and Sasameki Koto.

EDIT : I can't say anything about the other teams or judge them, they're are newbies.
