So, the talk about the 11 GB total obviously mean Dive1 4 GB + Dive2 7 GB. But Dive2 is standalone or needs to be installed over Dive1? The Atlas translation is not very clear...

that's 4GB for Dive1 and 7GB for Dive2 totals up to 11GB for both.
7GB of Dive2 also includes some data from Dive1 that may be needed so I'd say you don't need to have Dive1 installed to install Dive2

It mentions that there are some overlapping data so Dive2 doesn't take up 7gigs by itself, but how things work remains to be seen. I doubt you'd need Dive1 installed for Dive2 (in that case data should be drawn from Dive1 and consequently yield a smaller size).
