This is taken from 聖なるかな Seinarukana -The Spirit of Eternity Sword 2- SPECIAL PACKAGE.

Eien no Aselia -Kono Daichi no Hate de- is a PC backport of the PS2 port of Eien no Aselia. It "includes the original game routes and all the routes from the expansion, adds new voice actors and art, and revises the battle system. Removes all 18+ content." (taken from Dakkodango's FAQ on the different versions of Eien no Aselia)

Last I checked Eien no Aselia -Kono Daichi no Hate de- didn't need a No-DVD Patch to run.

Note to Mods: since this game has no ero content, I figured I'd post it again outside of the hentai games section for those who don't go there.

You are correct. In a sense Nighteye's is complete in that he isn't going to translate anymore and that he's finished one route completely, but since the translation is of the original game, not this one, its expansion, it'll be different.

Awright, so, this (the game you uploaded) is the original, non-H game, still in Japanese language.

Hence, in order to play it in English, I'll have to wait for dakkodango to fully complete the English patch. Is that correct?

Watching animes doesn't help, I'm afraid.

How do you install this? I've mounted the image and when using "Xuse_Inst" I select the second option. And I receive this message:

You're on the right track.

Here's a tentative tutorial (I can't read Japanese, but this is what I figured out):

Yay for bad editing.

I believe with the minimum install you'll need the ISO mounted to play since all the files won't be on your hard drive.
