I have been looking for these sort of things as well.

Ok...let's start with a list of things, that come to my mind:

Angel of Darkness 2 (it has a good ending (arghhh!, but the second story with the flower is what you want to see)

The doujin circle Cyclone has 567 and 667(Those are the actual titles). They're based on the Nanoha series.

Basically the combat cyborgs capture, molest and put to heroines in glass tubes and turn them into combat cyborgs. 567 is about corrupting Fate and 667 is about corrupting Nanoha. Great art and best part is that its a full color doujin.
