To kick off the opening of our new forums and upcoming new homepage, we're releasing the latest addition to the Touhou game family. Twilight Frontier has released the expansion to last year's hit shooter/fighter crossover "Touhou Hisouten ~ Scarlet Weather Rhapsody ~". Touhou Hisoutensoku is an expansion to Scarlet Weather Rhapsody with added characters and new spell cards along with 2 stories for 2 of the new characters added. There isn't much we can say about this except GET THIS GAME NOW!

We hope you all enjoy this and be advised that you can play this even if you don't have Scarlet Weather Rhapsody but to get the full cast of characters and enjoyment out of it, it is required that you have Scarlet Weather Rhapsody installed.

I would like to point out that there are actually 5 new playable characters.

On top of Cirno, Hong Meirin, and Sanae, you can unlock Utsuo, and... actually, I'll let the last one be a surprise.

Utsuo is 10 kinds of badass though. She's a slow yet powerful type. And she's friggen radioactive. Seriously. Attacks use nuclear fusion and her spell cards have yellow radiation symbol warnings attached to them. She screams "last boss" but wait till you see that actual last boss.

Hmm, has anyone gotten like an error message or something when trying to do the update for Touhou Hisoutensoku? Whenever I try to update it, a message pops up(its in Japanese so I cant understand it) and then the update closes.
Anyone know whats wrong? o.o
I have SWR installed on my comp and everything.

The updates were broken: from "th123c.dat" up to the "unins000.dat"
