You want to be healthy, and a bit heavier, no?
That means less fat, more muscle... But, I think most girls want bigger boobs (Yes, I've talked to some of my girl friends about this before)
I don't suggest high weights with low repititions. I think you should go endurance instead. Pick a good weight to work out with. Dumbbells, maybe use 5 pounds, and lift them 20 times with each arm. Then do pushdowns (I'm sure you can ask some people at the local gym). Run, alot. It will burn fat around your stomach and legs. That's where most of the fat is anyway (on a man... I'm not sure if you lose fat, you might lose your boobs....). Okay, eat healthy, like carbs and protein, then work it out. Carbs = energy. Protein = building muscle. Many people don't know this, but muscle weighs alot more than fat does. So being lazy and eating Mickey D's all day will actually make you lose muscle, and gain fat. That's extremely unhealthy. And that's why you actually lost weight before.
You want a well-toned body, with less fat. So basically, lift low weights lots of times, then run. The heart is a muscle you really want to train...
