Looking at the website, and note that my Japanese isn't that great, I believe Fuuka Taisen is simply called: ふうかσたいせん

There is no Kanji version if I'm doing things right ><

as for the torrent, I'm not seeing it in there... I must be blind xD
maybe someone else can spot it...

Also, I noticed this, but am I seeing Flown in both the 2nd and 3rd torrent there?

Yep, you got it right; the game's name is FuukaσTaisen(ふうかσたいせん) with all characters written in Hirakana. As for which torrent it is located, it's on the first torrent.

How do you unlock characters? I finished Story Mode with Mai and got MIYU. But I can't get the other characters. What do I have to do?

There's also a v1.01 patch out for Fuuka Taisen, don't know why the OP removed their website, but it's at http://fuuka.main.jp/
